A desk for preparation and review

Configure an account with your firm’s figures, record the day’s total net profit or loss, and see estimates against the daily-loss and drawdown limits you set. Add completed trades with planned levels, outcome labels and notes. Dashboard, Journal and Account carry the daily work; Conditions, Firms, Funded and Doctrine sit under More. Firms holds reference profiles compiled from published firm material, with the source recorded for every field and a match against your own parameters. Doctrine: the arithmetic of survival

The fifth module, taken from the geometric edition of The Spinozan Trader and quoted with the proposition each part rests on. Survival arithmetic computes the recovery a drawdown demands, the losing run a stated edge implies, and the fraction of capital that growth favours. Noise or structure asks whether a losing run is larger than your own figures predict. Affects records which emotion was present, how strong, and the cause the trader names. Protocols holds the crisis plan written in advance, with its activation figures.

Each panel describes your records and declines to apply them. None names a direction, an entry, a stop, a target or a size.

The coach, and what it refuses

Coach answers from rules built into the page, with no key and no network. This free version also offers a limited hosted open-weight model, GPT-OSS 20B on Groq, at eight questions per visitor per UTC day; after the cap the local coach still answers. The desk has no field for a model of your own, asks for no API key and accepts none, so there is nothing to configure and nothing to pay. Model output is unverified.

Suggestions cover budgets, records, firm rules and discipline. Coach does not call a direction, size, entry, stop or target, and it does not forecast.

Your records, on your device

Accounts and journal entries stay in the browser where you enter them. They do not synchronize across devices. Export a backup from Settings before clearing site data or moving machines; exports omit legal acknowledgement and desk preferences. Market-data requests pass through the app server to public market endpoints, and the hosting provider keeps normal logs. The hosted coach path sends the current question and a short account-risk summary to the model host, and the desk stores no chat.

Understand the limits

PropGuard uses manual inputs and simplified estimates. It cannot monitor open positions, enforce a firm’s rules, prevent a breach, or certify compliance. Verify the exact program, account size, drawdown method and session reset time with your firm. Reference profiles and market data may be outdated or incorrect, and firms change their rules.
